    Lennea has had a passion for health, wellness, and holistic living for the last 8 years. Since the birth of her first child she has looked for healthy life style alternatives and enjoys sharing her passions. After serious back issues she returned to school to develop her passion. She attended the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education. She is now a Licensed Spiritual Healer and works with aromatherapy. In addition she attended the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and is certified as both a personal trainer and a nutrition and wellness counselor.
